Study on Volunteer Services of Academic Libraries Based on the Service Learning Theory

服务学习是一种学习、服务与教学相结合的教育方式,强调服务与学习并重。文章阐述高校图书馆志愿服务引入服务学习的意义,并具体分析服务学习在志愿服务中的应用,分为计划、培训、服务、反思、评价和庆贺6个环节。服务学习对高校图书馆志愿服务的启示有:开设志愿服务课程、嵌入教学科研、实施创业项目和建立志愿服务基地。

Service leaming is an education way having conjunctions with learning, service and teaching, it emphasizes the equal importance of service and learning. This paper elaborates the meaning of leadiflg service learning into volunteer services of university library, and analyses the application of service learning in volunteer service from aspects of planning, training, serving, reviewing, evaluating and celebrating. The enlightenments include setting up volunteer service lessons, embedding teaching and scientific research, developing employment item and building volunteer service basis.
