摘要
考虑了潜伏者具有传染力的因素,建立了一类具有双线性发生率的肺结核SEIQR模型,讨论了无病平衡点及地方病的全局渐近稳定性.结合我国目前肺结核病发病情况,应用模型研究的结果,分析了接种疫苗、隔离措施及模型中相关参数对疾病流行的影响,提出了预防控制疾病的合理化建议.
A class of SEIQR epidemic model with infectious force is investigated in the latent period and biline- ar incidence for tuberculosis. We discuss the global stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equi- librium. We analyzed the effect of vaccination, quarantine and related parameters on the diseases, by combining with the feature of the tuberculosis and applying the conclusions of this model. We put forward some suggestions on control of disease.
