非洲白狮肠梗阻诊治体会

Experience in Diagnosisiand Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction in White Lion

肠梗阻是由物理性或功能性因素引起的肠内容物在肠道中的正常运行发生障碍,不能顺利通过而发生肠道阻塞性疾病。根据梗阻的程度可分为完全性梗阻和不完全性梗阻。临床上以剧烈腹痛、持续性呕吐、全身性症状重剧为特征。非洲白狮属于食肉动物,肠道相对较短,而且有比较健全的呕吐性保护反应,因此临床上完全性肠梗阻的发病率较低。本文通过发病经过、临床症状、临床诊断、实验室诊断、物理诊断和治疗几个方面对本病例进行了记述,以便临床上对此病的治疗和预防提供更为有效的参考依据。

Bowel obstruction （or intestinal obstruction）is a mechanical or functional obstruction of the intestines that prevents normal transit of the products of digestion and can be diagnosed as in- complete and complete obstruction. Abdominal pain, persistent vomiting and systemic severe symptom were the main clinical symptoms of this ailment. White African lion is a carnivore, which has a short intestine and relatively wholesome vomiting reaction, so the morbidity of complete ob- struction is low. We describe the pathogenic course, clinical symptoms, clinical diagnosis, labo- ratory diagnosis, physical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Our results provide a reference for the orevention and treatment of intestinal obstruction in African white lion.
