摘要
石墨材料具有良好的热传导性,耐高温、耐腐蚀,热稳定性能好,热膨胀系数低,摩擦系数小,这些都便于树脂基复合材料的成型和脱模,并可获得较高精度的制品。本文介绍了石墨材料的特点及在模具加工领域的应用,制造了尺寸相同的石墨模具及金属模具,按照相同的成型工艺分别成型出碳纤维复合材料制品,并进行了比较。结果表明:石墨模具比金属模具更适合成型精度要求比较高的复合材料制品。
Graphite materials have good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal expansion coefficient, small friction coefficient. These are easy molding and stripping mould of resin matrix composites and to obtain higher aecuraey of products. This paper introduces the characteristics of graphite material and the application in the mold processing field. Using the same size of graphite mold and metal mold and the same process form the carbon fiber composite material products, and compare the two products. The results show that, graphite mold is more suitable for molding with high precision composite material products than the metal mould.
