地沟油对人体健康有很大的危害,建立起有效的检测手段迫在眉睫。然而由于地沟油来源广泛,成分复杂,到目前为止也没有准确鉴别地沟油的国家标准,还有许多问题需要解决。文章通过对近期专利申请中涌现的新型地沟油检测技术进行介绍,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

It is important to establish effective detection methods of the waste oils because the waste oils are harmful to human health. There is no accurate distinguishing means so far because of their extensive sources and complex composition. In this papar,we focus on the patent application on the new detection technique of waste oils,and also making a prospect to future research.
