摘要
风力发电作为替代世界传统能源的清洁能源之一,近几年来在我国发展迅猛。风电紧固件是实现发电机组装的最重要装配方式;由于其生存环境的特殊性已引起若干形态的腐蚀破坏,紧固件防腐技术的开发及应用已经成为当前重要课题。本文概括阐述了紧固件生存特点、腐蚀机理、常规防腐措施的局限性及风电紧固件防腐技术现状,并概括描述达克罗涂层的工作原理及优缺点。
Wind energy develops rapidly regarding as one of the ecological resources which replaces traditional energy in recent years. The corrosion technology development and application becomes one of the most important factors due to the special survival environment. In this article,it is expatiated the corrosion principal for tightening system,the disadvantages of normal corrosion-proof process and the status of current corrosion resisting technology. Furthermore,it also generalizes the principal of Dacro and both its advantages and disadvantages.
