济钢集团国际工程技术有限公司为解决某焦化厂5.5m捣固焦炉在装煤和拦焦过程中烟尘泄露问题,通过对高压氨水系统、荒煤气回收系统和现有除尘系统等进行检测和分析,找出了烟尘泄露的原因,采取了增加炉头烟尘回收系统、设置集气管压力自动调节系统、改造高压氨水系统等多种烟尘治理手段,解决了捣固焦炉烟尘污染,治理后废气排放完全满足国家标准。

One coking plant＆#39;s 5. 5m tamping coke oven would leak smoke and dust when workers pushing the coal cake into the oven or guiding the coke out off the oven. In order to solve the above problems,Jigang International Engineering ＆ Technology Co. ,Ltd. （ JIET）made a detection and analysis of the high-pressure ammonia water system,raw coke oven gas recovery system and the existing dust removal system,and found out why,then adopted a series of management measures that added the coke oven head dust removal system,set up the automatic pressure regulating system of gas collectors and reform the high -pressure ammonia water system. Through above methods,JIET solved the problem of smoke and dust leakage and made the discharge of exhaust gas meeting the requirements of the national standard.
