星火2井钻井液技术

摘要 星火2井是中石化重点探井,完钻井深5650m。由于地质条件复杂,穿越地层多,地层岩性及压力体系复杂多变,给钻井液施工造成极大困难。通过使用正电钻井液体系、非渗透钻井液体系和阳离子聚磺抗高温防塌钻井液体系,辅助相应的现场钻井液维护和处理工艺,解决了吉迪克组膏质泥岩塑性蠕变导致卡钻、苏维依组软泥岩造浆、下第三系及白垩系砂泥互层井壁失稳、寒武系裂缝和溶洞发育导致井漏及高温下钻井液流变性调控的难题,保证了长裸眼井段的井壁稳定,顺利钻至目的层。 Xinghuo 2 well was an important exploration well and the total depth was 5650m. The difficulty of construction was very great because of complex geological environment and changeable formation pressure. After electropositivity drilling fluid,sulphonated polymer impervious drilling fluid and cationic sulphonated polymer drilling fluid were applied,with the help of onsite drilling fluid technics,the following down-hole troublesome condition was solved. It included pipe-sticking because of moldable creaming drilling fluidstone in Jidike Formation,mud making of soft mudstone in Suweiyi Formation, wellbore instability because of sand and mudstone interbeded in Paleogene and Cretaceous systemc,lost circulation because of crack and cave in Cambrian and regulation rheological property. The wellbore wall was stability during the course of drilling,and The target stratum was drilled successfully,and it laid the foundation for further exploration and development.
