摘要 以某离子膜烧碱企业氢气处理系统氢气总管为研究对象,对氢气的危险性进行描述,选用泄漏与蒸气云爆炸模型对氢气管道进行定量评价分析,为涉氢企业设计、施工、监理、投入使用等阶段提出安全对策措施,同时为制定应急救援预案和政府进行有效的监管提供科学依据。 The hydric chief pipe of hydrogen treatment system in one ionic membrane caustic soda company was studied in this paper. The danger of hydrogen leakage from low pressure hydrogen pipes was analyzed and the affections to hydrogen pipes from leakage were quantified in this paper through explosion simulation of steam vapor caused by leakage. Based on the research, or the involved hydrogen enterprise design, construction, supervision, and put into use phase safety countermeasures are put forward ,meanwhile,the safety countermeasures were proposed and can be scientifically referenced by enterprises for emergency planning and government authorities for effective monitoring management.
