单通道与腔内结合插植后装治疗宫颈癌的剂量比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较腔内结合插植后装(IC/IS BT)与单通道后装(IC BT)治疗宫颈癌的剂量学差异,明确IC/IS BT在宫颈癌放疗中的价值。方法选取宫颈癌患者26例,行宫腔置管加两侧宫颈插植,模拟IC BT及IC/IS BT在靶区剂量、危及器官受量、剂量分布均匀性与适形性等比较。结果在给予A点相同处方剂量的情况下,IC BT的靶区剂量(D90、D100)显著高于IC/IS BT(P<0.001),而两者间高剂量体积分数(V150、V200)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IC/IS BT的各危及器官的D2cc、D1cc、D0.1cc均显著小于IC BT(P<0.001)。IC/IS BT在覆盖指数、适形指数、剂量均匀指数显著优于IC BT,显示出更适形的靶区覆盖和更均匀的剂量分布(P<0.001)。结论IC/IS BT在保护周围危及器官和提高剂量分布适形性和均匀性方面与IC BT比较具有明显的优势,值得推广。
