帕金森病患者认知功能与血尿酸水平的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)患者血尿酸与认知功能障碍及病情分级的相关性。方法选择87例30~85岁的门诊健康体检者作为对照组,66例30~85岁帕金森病患者为 PD 组,登记病史及详细体检,行 UPDRS 评分及 Hoehn -Yahr 分级,通过及 Moca 量表筛查认知功能障碍患者,把 PD 组分为认知功能障碍组及认知功能正常组两个亚组。测定空腹血尿酸,对比分析 PD 患病率、认知功能及其病情分级与血尿酸水平是否存在相关性。结果PD 组血尿酸水平明显较对照组低。 PD 认知功能障碍组血尿酸水平低于 PD 认知功能正常组。血尿酸水平与 PD 严重程度无关。结论血尿酸水平减低很可能为帕金森病及帕金森病认知功能障碍的危险因素之一。但不可以用来评定疾病严重程度。
