摘要
目的 :观察脑出血血肿高峰阶段 ,胃肠局部 SS通过旁分泌机制 ,对胃粘膜组织中胃泌素的调节作用 ,阐明脑出血时脑 -胃肠综合征的发生与胃肠局部脑肠肽平衡失调的内在联系。方法 :建立大鼠脑出血动物模型 ,应用原位杂交技术 (HIS)分析胃肠局部表达 SS m RNA的阳性细胞变化 ,同期测定胃粘膜组织中胃泌素的含量 ,并与表达 SSm RNA阳性细胞 PC值进行相关分析。结果 :脑出血的高峰期 ,胃肠局部 SS m RNA表达明显增强 ,与此同时 ,相同部位组织中胃泌素的含量明显升高 ,两者之间呈现显著的正相关。结论 :脑出血血肿形成的高峰期 ,表达 SS m RNA阳性的 D细胞数虽有增多 ,但相同部位组织中胃泌素的含量却有明显增高 ,两者之间呈正相关 ,有悖于生理情况下 SS对胃泌素的旁分泌抑制作用 ,是局部脑肠肽平衡失调的重要原因之一。
Objective: To interpret the relationship between cerebrogastroenteral syndrome disorder of homeostasis of local gastrointestinal brain-gut peptide in cerebral hemorrhage. The effect of SS in the local gastrointestinal tract on the regulation of gastrin at the maximum hematoma stage was observed. Methods: After preparatian of rat cerebral hemorrhage model, using in site hybridication the change of cell expressed SS mRNA in local gastrointestinal area was analysised. The content of gastrin in gastric mucosa detemined, the relation analysis the content of gastrin and pc value of cell expressed SS mRNA was studied. Result: In the peak of hemorrhage, expression of SS nRNA in gastrointestinal tissue was increased markedly while the content of gastrin in the same area of gastriontestinal tissue was elevated, both of these were remarkably position relationship. Conclusion: At the peak of hematoma, although the number of D cell expressing SS Mrna site increased, the content of gastrin in same site increased. It was conflicted that in physiological situation, SS effects on inhibition of gastrin by paracrine, this was the important cause of disorder of balance of local brain-gut pepitde.
