摘要
A-TIG焊接是采用活性剂来增加焊接熔深的高效TIG焊接技术。采用全位置直流A-TIG、脉冲A-TIG焊及步进脉冲A-TIG焊三种不同焊接模式,对核电领域常用304不锈钢钢管全位置焊接工艺进行研究。试验结果表明,对于6 mm厚不开坡口的304不锈钢钢管,采用三种不同的A-TIG焊接模式均可实现一次性焊透、单面焊双面成形,焊缝成形良好。对比三种不同焊接模式获得的焊缝成形、显微组织及接头力学性能,步进脉冲A-TIG焊的最佳,脉冲A-TIG焊次之。
A-TIG welding is a new variant of high-efficiency TIG welding using activating fluxes to improve weld penetration.All- position DC (direct current) A-TIG welding, pulse A-TIG welding and step-pulse A-TIG welding have been employed to weld 304 stainless steel piping,which is commonly being used in nuclear power plant.Results show that for 6 mm thick 304 stainless steel piping without groove preparation,weld joint with full penetration and one-side welding with back formation and good appearance can be achieved in a single pass by the three types of A-TIG welding modes.Compared with the welding formation,microstrueture and mechanical properties of the weld joints obtained by the three different A-TIG welding modes,those of step-pulse A-TIG welding are optimum,pulse A-TIG welding tile second.
