基于计算机仿真的铝合金变极性等离子弧焊温度场分析

摘要 采用"高斯+双椭球"热源模型,建立正、反极性等离子电弧热源模型。采用APDL(ANSYS parametric design language)编程语言,对变极性等离子弧焊(VPPA)温度场进行模拟。通过分析其温度场,计算出正、反极性等离子弧焊高温区面积和熔池形状,并通过实际焊接试验验证了该模型的合理性,这为焊接工艺参数的合理选择提供了理论依据。 In this paper,a positive and reverse polarity plasma arc heat source model is established by using the "Gaussian + Double" ellipsoid heat source model.The temperature field of variable polarity plasma arc welding is simulated by adopting the APDL (ANSYS parametric design language) programming language.By analysis of the temperature field,high temperature area and shape of molten pool of the positive and reverse polarity plasma arc welding are calculated, and the rationality of this model is verified by the actual welding experiment,which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of welding parameters.
