摘要
采用触摸屏作为参数设置与显示装置,基于Freescale单片机开发了一套应用于数字化超高频脉冲TIG焊接电源的数字化人机交互系统。设计RS-485通信接口电路,遵循MODBUS协议编写通信程序。通过优化控制软件设计,实现了不同焊接工艺过程的精确控制、焊接参数的快速方便设置及统一化管理,不同焊接方法切换简便、波形输出准确。该系统界面友好,操作灵活。
A set of human-machine interactive system based on Freescale MCU is designed with a touch screen as parameter setting and display device.The RS-485 communication interface circuit is designed and the communication program is compiled based on MODBUS protocol.By optimizing control software design,a precise control of different welding process is achieved,and the welding parameters are conveniently set and uniformly managed.Different welding methods are easy to convert with accurate output waveforms. This system has a friendly interface and flexible operability.
