摘要
由某润滑油公司提供的一种商用汽轮机油在使用过程中变为绿色,可能对汽轮机的运行产生不利影响。通过p H值-颜色变化、红外光谱等实验结果,推测发色物是二烷基苯胺类抗氧化剂在低温下氧化的产物。根据这一实验结果,利用芬顿(Fenton)试剂加速氧化过程,评价油品在使用过程中的变色情况。采用筛选出的实验条件氧化汽轮机油新油(NTO),氧化产物与使用后汽轮机油中的发色物质的颜色和化学结构相似。采用同样的实验条件氧化了添加剂配方不同的汽轮机油,其氧化产物的颜色与利用ASTM D943实验1 000 h后油品的颜色相同。
A kind of commercial turbine oil provided by a lubricating oil company turned green during usage, which might cause adverse effects to the operation of turbine. By analyzing the results of pH value - color change test and in- flared spectroscopy, it was found that the chromogenic materials were the oxidation products of diphenylamine antioxidant at low temperatures. Then, a method utilizing Fenton reagent was developed to accelerate the oxidation for evaluating the discoloration of turbine oil in service. Under selected experimental conditions, the colors and structures of chromogenie materials in accelerated oxidation products from new turbine oil (NTO) were the same as those of in-service oil. Turbine oils in different formulations were oxidized by Fenton reagent under preceding conditions, the colors of oxidation products were consistent with that of oils oxidized for 1 000 hours using the test method involved in ASTM D943.
