摘要
介绍旋转喷雾半干法烧结烟气脱硫原理及工艺流程。该技术在通钢应用投产后,实现了与烧结机生产100%的同步作业率,外排SO2浓度≤100mg/m3,脱硫效率≥90%,烧结矿脱硫成本约5.52元。
Abstrca t The principle and production process of spray drying absorption semi-dry flue gas desulfu-rization were introduced.After the application of the technology in Tonggang, the synchronous operat-ing rate with the sinter machine got to 100%, the outlet consistency of SO2 was no more than 100 mg/m3 , the efficiency of desulfurization was no less than 90%, the desulfurization cost was about 5.52 yuan per ton of sinter.
