摘要
以粉煤灰为原材料,微波法合成P型分子筛,考察了硅铝摩尔比、pH值、晶化时间等不同条件的影响,得到最佳工艺:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=4.1,pH值12,晶化时间10min。P型分子筛的钙交换能力为442.46mgCaCO3/g。红外光谱表明产品符合分子筛的骨架振动谱带特征,扫描电镜表明产品晶型较好而且粒度均匀,X射线衍射表明特征峰基本与标准特征峰相似。
Zeolite P was synthesized from solid waste fly ash by microwave method. The effect of silicon aluminum molar ratio, pH value, crystallization time and other conditions was investigated, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: n (SiO2)/n (A1203) = 4.1, pH value is 12, crystallization time is I0 min. Prepared zeolite P exchange capacity to Ca〉 is 442.46 mg CaCO3/g, infrared spectroscopy show that the products comply with bands of molecular sieve, SEM shows that the products have uniform particle size, X-ray diffraction shows that the characteristic peaks of the products are similar with standard molecular sieve.
