摘要
研究乙醇燃料发动机工作情况,综合分析乙醇燃料及其产物性质。应用BP神经网络模型和试验验证,对研制油试验配方进行筛选和配方目标优化。研制油具有优异的防腐蚀性、防锈性能、良好的粘温特性和低温流动性,可形成致密的保护膜,有效降低摩擦和减少磨损,延长了换油周期和发动机使用寿命,降低了成本。
Working conditions of ethanol fuel engine were studied; ethanol fuel and its product properties were analyzed. Screening and optimization of the formula of special oil for ethanol fuel engines were carried out by BP neural network model and test verification. The results show that developed oil has good properties, such as excellent anti-corrosive and anti-rust, good temperature-viscosity and low temperature fluidity; it can form a dense protective film to reduce the friction and wear effectively, to achieve the goal of prolonging the service life and engine oil change cycle, reducing the cost.
