摘要
泸型白酒企业废水具有数量大、蛋白含量高等特点,直接排放势必会给当地环境造成巨大的污染。采用升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)处理工艺,可有效去除废水中的CODcr,同时可以产生沼气,获得一定的经济效益。经过140 d的调试,UASB中产生了颗粒污泥并且对CODcr去除率达到了85%以上,处理能力满足生产要求,运行效果良好。
Characteristics of wastewater from Luzhou flavor liquor-making enterprises are large quantity, high protein content and so on, so direct discharge of the wastewater can cause serious environment pollution. The upflow anaerobic sludge blanket process can effectively remove CODcr in the wastewater, and bring certain economic benefits by producing biogas. After 140 days of commissioning, the granular sludge has been produced in UASB and CODcr removal rate can reach more than 85%. The processing capacity of UASB can meet requirements of the production.
