A fuel pump real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis system was introduced; the main components and work flow of the system were described. Main faults of pump, main monitoring objects and measuring point＇s layout and the main pump fault diagnosis methods were discussed and analyzed, which could provide a scientific basis for safe oil transmission.
