为进一步提高效率,稳定产品质量,降低了维修成本,对刮板式薄膜蒸发器进行结构上的改进,并且结合现场及资料,对原有工艺参数优化,使其与实际现场情况进一步接近,经改进后可以控制最佳的进料量,稳定生产,显著增加设备寿命,设备维修及生产成本的降低。
In order to further improve the efficiency, stable product quality, and reduce the maintenance costs, the structure of scraper film evaporator was improved, and the original process parameters were optimized combining with field conditions and data, which could make these parameters further accord with the actual situation at the scene. After the improvement, the feeding amount could be well controlled, the production was more stable, the service life of equipment was significantly increased, and equipment repair and production costs were reduced.
