摘要
以某成品油管道(化—王D273成品油管道)为例,应用SPS软件(Stoner Pipeline Simulator)建立了管道系统物理模型。动态分析了该管道末站进站ESD阀意外关断时的工况,并结合瞬变流动理论,优化水击保护控制程序,提出了不同事故工况下的水击控制方案。研究表明:对于末站进站ESD阀意外关断,提出了两种方案并进行安全性分析,最终采用对该管道实施末站泄压保护和水击超前保护双重措施这一方案,沿线最高瞬时压力不超过管道最大允许瞬时压力,稳定后的压力不超过管道设计压力,且管道全线瞬变过渡过程平稳快速,无负压点,满足管道安全运行要求。
Taking a oil product pipeline from Urumqi petrochemical company to Wangjiagou as an example, a physical model of the piping system was established by SPS software (Stoner Pipeline Simulator).Water hammer of the pipeline occurred in working condition was dynamically simulated, and protection procedures of water hammer were optimized combined with the transient flow theory. The study shows: the pressure relief protection of end station and advanced protection of water hammer should be applied into the pipeline. Steady pressure does not exceed the design pressure of the pipeline, and the transient process of the whole pipeline is steady and rapid, and there is no negative point.
