摘要 利用紫外分光光度法测定废水中高浓度油含量,以甲苯为萃取剂,探索在长波长处测定样品吸光度的可行性。绘制工作曲线并进行相关度分析,验证该方法的准确性,分析硫酸和氯化钠及聚丙烯酰胺对实验的影响,最后与传统方法进行分析对比。结果表明,选用甲苯作为萃取剂,在波长324 nm处进行吸光度的测定是可行的,测得的数据准确可靠。 Ultra-high concentration of oily wastewater was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The feasibility of measuring sample absorbance with long wave by using toluene as extracting agent was explored. Working curve was drawn in order to analyze the correlation and verify the accuracy of this method. Influence of sulfuric acid and sodium chloride and polyacrylamide on the determination result was analyzed. Furthermore, a comparison with traditional method was carried out. The results show that, using toluene as extracting agent, measuring the absorbance at 324nm is feasible and accurate.
