摘要
采用管式反应器考察了三种馏分油的受热氢转移能力,用气相色谱分析反应产物,并根据实验结果改进了氢转移能力的计算方法。结果表明:不同的馏分油/探针比,测得的馏分油氢转移能力不同,随着馏分油/探针比的增大,氢转移能力大体呈先减小后不变的趋势;馏分油的氢转移能力与其结构组成密切相关,三种馏分油的供氢能力与其α氢含量顺序一致B>C>A,夺氢能力与β氢、芳炭率fA、缩合度大小顺序一致C>B>A。综合考虑供氢能力和夺氢能力,三种馏分油的供氢指数大小顺序为B>A>C。
The hydrogen transfer ability of three distillates (A,B,C) was determined in a tubular reactor;the reaction product was analyzed by GC. The results showthat, the hydrogen transfer ability of diffident distillate-probe ratio is different, the hydrogen transfer ability increases first and then relatively stable with distillate-probe ratio increasing;the hydrogen transfer ability of distillatesis closely related with their structures, the sequence of hydrogen-donating abilityis assame as Hαcontent:B〉C〉A, the sequence of hydrogen-accepting abilityis assame as Hβcontent,fA and condensation degree:C〉B〉A;the sequence of hydrogen-donating index of three distillates is B〉A〉C.
