摘要
在电机转台伺服控制系统中,传递函数是影响系统的控制精度以及系统稳定性等方面的重要因素。为了提高确定伺服系统传递函数的效率,改善以往分散复杂的实验步骤,设计了基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的数据采集、控制、数据处理以及数据拟合的上位机软件辨识系统。不仅省略了额外的硬件设备,同时也不需要其他软件的辅助。试验表明,基于LabVIEW的上位机系统,确定传递函数的效率高、操作方便,对于伺服控制系统的研究具有一定的实用性与推广性。
In the turntable servo control system,the transfer function is an important factor,which can affect the control precision and stability of the system.In order to improve the efficiency of determining the transfer function of servo system,and improve the past complex experimental steps,the PC software system based on virtual instrument LabVIEW data acquisition,control,data processing,and data fitting is designed,which not only omits the extra hardware devices,at the same time,also does not need other software.Test indicates that the upper machine system based on LabVIEW has high efficiency and convenient operation for the determination of the transfer function,which has a certain practicality and popularization for the research of the servo control system.
