Research and Analysis International Competitiveness for Service Outsourcing Enterprises in Tianjin

天津市服务外包企业国际业务发展已初具规模,但仍存在公共市场拓展渠道较少、专业优势与人才优势欠缺、成本劣势与行业障碍、园区管理和政策宣传力度均不足等问题。推进政府发包,打造交易平台,以政策引人才、拓市场,加强服务外包园区管理及产业普及宣传是促进其发展的有效途径。

The development of international business for service outsourcing enterprises in Tianjin has achieved a certain scale, but there still exist some problems as follows： lack of public marketing channels; lack of the professional advantage and talents; high cost and industry barriers; lack of park management strength and policy promoting. To solve these problems, this paper put forward some proposals like promoting the government to award contract, building a trading platform, making sound policy to attract talents and expand the market, strengthening the park management and planning to rev up publicity.
