Research on Laboratory Construction and Experiment Teaching System Building——Taking the Major of Hotel Management in Tianjin Vocational Institute as an Example

酒店管理专业实验室及实验教学要逐步形成实务技能模拟,基础知识学习,专业对口研究和自主创新的实验系统建设思路。职业院校酒店管理专业主要培养实用的应用性人才,为了使应用性人才达到社会旅游业的要求,就必须加强实验室软硬件建设,注意实验教学体系构建,重点培养学生的动手能力,教育学生要有超前意识,学生要努力学习酒店管理专业知识,所以实验室建设及实验教学体系构建要高度重视。

The laboratories and experiment teaching of the major of hotel management should gradually form the idea of integrating practice skills, basic knowledge of learning, professional counterpart research and independent innovation of experiment system construction. To meet the requirements of social tourism, vocational colleges should train students of hotel management into applied talents. And it is necessary to strengthen the construction of laboratory of hardware and software, pay attention to the experimental teaching system construction and cultivation of students＂ practical ability. The college should also educate students to have advanced consciousness, while the students should make efforts in studying professional knowledge of hotel management. Besides all of these, more attention must be paid to the laboratory construction and experiment teaching system building.
