就业导向下复合型外语人才培养探究——以商务英语专业建设为例

Reflections and Suggestions on Cultivating Employmentoriented Compound Foreign Language Talents——A Case Study of Business English Specialty Construction

目前,我国就业形势呈现动态发展变化趋势,从业人员长期处于变换工种、行业或职业的动态就业环境。加快构建以就业为导向的现代职业教育体系,健全促进就业创业体制机制是现代职业教育深化改革的重要内容。因此,对高职院校商务英语人才培养模式从现状、教学改革等进行探析,并立足区域经济社会发展,探讨以就业为导向的复合型外语人才培养的有效途径,是值得研究的课题。

At present, there is a dynamic trend of employment situation in our country. From a long period of time, the personnel are in the course of dynamic employment environment because of the constant transformation of the type of work, industry or career. Speeding up building employment- oriented modern vocational education system and improving the mechanism of promoting employment entrepreneurship system are both important contents of modem vocational education by which to deepen the reform. Based on the questionnaire survey and the theoretical review, this paper discusses business English talent training mode in higher vocational colleges from the present situation and the teaching reforms. Then this paper also explores the effective way of cultivating employment-oriented compound foreign language talents based on regional economic and social development.
