摘要
为了使商品蛋鸡H5亚型禽流感免疫抗体在产蛋期全程保持较高水平,对免疫程序进行优化,采用标准和强化两种程序进行免疫,比较二者间抗体水平差异。结果表明,强化免疫组Re-4株血球凝集(HI)抗体较标准免疫组平均高出2.44 Log2,且抗体水平离散度平均降低0.42 Log2;强化免疫组Re-6株HI抗体较标准免疫组平均高出2.45 Log2,且抗体水平离散度平均低1.02 Log2。这一强化免疫程序可保证蛋鸡在产蛋全期维持高且均一的HI水平。
In order to remain high H5 avian influenza antibody level in commercial layer herds in whole egg laying period, two immunization programs were compared., using ordinary and strengthened procedures .The antibody levels of the the two groups were compared. The results showed that the Re-4 antibody of the strengthened immune group was 2.44 Log: higher than the normal immune group, and the antibody dispersion was reduced 0.42 Logs ; at the same time, Re-6 antibody of the strengthened group was 2.45 Logs higher than the normal immune group, and the antibody dispersion was reduced 1.02 Logs. The strengthened immune program can ensure the hen herds in whole laying period to maintain high and homogeneous immune level.
