地理邻近与认知邻近下企业战略联盟伙伴选择的影响机制——基于SIENA模型的实证研究 被引量:14

摘要 文章首先解析了地理邻近、认知邻近对战略联盟伙伴选择的影响机制,并据此提出待验假设。以国家级产业技术创新战略联盟为研究对象,采用91个上市软件企业2009~2013年的数据,创造性地运用SIENA模型,从动态视角对企业战略联盟伙伴选择的影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明:地理邻近与认知邻近都对企业战略联盟的建立产生显著正影响,且认知邻近的影响效应大于地理邻近;成本因素对企业战略伙伴选择存在显著负影响;吸收能力对企业战略联盟的建立产生显著正影响。最后据此提出简要政策启示。 At first , this paper analyzes the impact of geographical proximity orcognitive proximity on the choose of the strategic part-ner , and accordingly proposes several hypotheses . Then with the China Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliances as the research object , based on the data of 91 listed software companies from 2009 to 2013 , this paper creatively uses the SIENA model , and researches the influence factors of strategic alliance partner selection from the dynamic angle of view . The conclusions show :geographical proximity and cognitive proximity matter in the establishment of the strategic alliance , and the latter has more impact than the former;cost factor has negative effect on the strategic partner selection;absorptive capacity suggests a positive effect on the establishment of the strategic alliance . Finally several brief policy suggestions are put forward .
