摘要
采用超声提取白术中总黄酮,并对其抗氧化活性进行评价。通过单因素试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对总黄酮提取率的影响。在此基础上,采用正交设计法优化最佳提取工艺,得到白术总黄酮最佳提取工艺。结果表明,采用体积分数90%乙醇按照1∶20(g/m L)料液比超声提取1.5 h,提取2次,总黄酮提取率为1.412%。白术总黄酮对DPPH自由基有较强的清除作用,并与总黄酮质量浓度呈一定的量效关系,结果显示白术总黄酮较好的抗氧化活性,作为一种天然的抗氧化剂具有较好的应用前景。
Total flavones from Atractylodes macrocephala antioxidative activity was assessed. L9 (34) orthogonal design was ethanol concentration, material-liquid ratio, extraction time, and Koidz were extracted by ultrasonic technology. Its applied on base of single factor to study the effects of extraction times on the yield of total flavones. Results showed that total flavones yield was 1. 412% under the following optimum conditions: 90% alcohol solution as solvent, material-liquid ratio of 1 : 20, extraction time of 1.5 h, extracting for two times. The total flavones had a remarkable scavenging effect on DPPH radical in a dose-dependent manner. Therefore total flavones from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz have a good application prospect as a natural antioxidant.
