摘要
为了研究胆固醇乙酸酯在微通道中的氧化反应,采用PlantrixFlow Reactor MR260微通道反应器,考查了反应温度(T/℃)、压力(p/MPa)、原料配比、气速(VG/m L·min-1)、液速(VL/m L·min-1)、停留时间(t/s)等因素对微通道中胆固醇乙酸酯的分子氧氧化反应的影响,获得了较优的工艺条件:T=90℃、p=8×105Pa、n(NHPI)∶n(COAC)=1∶5、800 m L丙酮、VG=400 m L·min-1、VL=25 m L·min-1,t=65 s,反应转化率为100%,反应收率达到92.5%。与传统反应工艺相比,微通道反应器中的氧化反应在反应转化率、收率、以及时空转化率等方面都有明显提高,为微通道技术的工业化提供了技术参考。
Cholesteryl acetate oxidation with molecular oxygen was studied with Plantrix Flow Reactor MR260. The reaction temperature, pressure, feed ration, gas flow rate, liquid flow rate and residence time were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum condition of T= 90 ℃, p = 8 ×105 Pa, n (NHPI) : n (COAC) = 1 : 5, 800 mL acetone, VG =400 mL · rain-1, VL =25 mL · min-1, t=65 s, the conversation rate and yield reached 100%, 92. 5% respectively, which was improved obviously comparing with the traditional technology.
