摘要 某催化裂化装置烟气轮机在正常运行中突然产生剧烈的振动,机组故障停机,检修时,打开烟气轮机后发现个别转子动叶片断裂,部分动叶片损伤报废。通过对断裂的动叶片进行宏观与微观的检查、分析,找出故障原因。对造成故障的烟气轮机出入口管线存在的问题进行阐述与分析,综合考虑烟气轮机日常运行时出现的问题,提出管线的优化方案和安装方法并实施。 A FCC flue gas turbine suddenly had violent vibration in normal operation, and the unit disorderly close- down. While maintaining, the flue gas turbine rotor blade fracture was opened and an individual was discovered, part of moving blade damage scraped. After the macroscopic and microscopic examination and analysis of the fracture moving blade, the cause of the malfunction had been found out. The existing problems and causes of the fracture flue gas turbine entrance pipeline were discussed and analyzed, considering the problem on daily operation of flue gas turbine, optimization solution of pipeline and method of installation and implementation were proposed.
