摘要
安全阀是石油化工生产装置的重要组成部分。在装置扩建过程中,原有安全阀需要进行核算,以确认其是否满足扩产后工况的泄放要求。本文选取了某乙烯装置扩建项目中较为典型的急冷单元的安全阀保护系统,对其在操作过程中可能出现的超压工况进行分析,在物料平衡的基础上,对各种工况下的安全阀泄放量进行了详细的分析、核算,并根据核算的结果及装置扩建实际情况最后得出改造方案。
The relief valves are an important part of petrochemical production plant. The relief valves should be calculated? during the plant expansion process, in order to confirm whether they are meet with the new relief condition. Quench unit safety valve protection system was selected in certain ethylene expansion project, it was analyzed that it was possible overpressure condition during operation, and on the basis of material balance, a variety of working conditions of the relief valve discharge capacity had carried on the detailed analysis, accounting, and according to the result of calculation and the device finally concluded retrofit scheme.
