摘要
基于2013年之前公开的相关专利文献,对全球和中国范围内的专利申请进行统计,分别从专利申请量、区域分布、技术主题、申请人等角度,综合运用定量和定性分析的研究方法,深入分析了有机硅产业的专利态势。
Based on the related public patents before 2013 , the statistics of the patent applications in global and China were analyzed.The patents in silicone industry were discussed in terms of patent filings, re-gional distribution, technical topics, and the applicants.
