摘要
铅的需求量仅次于铝、铜、锌在有色金属中居第四位,硫酸铅是铅产品的一种存在形式,需求量不断扩大。某冶炼企业的铅电解系统需要处理含铅过高的电解液,可采用的方法为不溶阳极电解法和加硫酸沉淀法,本文讨论了加硫酸沉淀法从电解液中回收硫酸铅的工艺过程。依照反应原理,考虑温度和时间对试验结果的可能影响,分组进行试验,得到的硫酸铅产品品位达到98%以上,满足市场上硫酸铅产品的使用需求;试验过程中得到的上清液返回原电解系统加以回收利用,避免了资源浪费。以试验过程及结果为依据,投入生产,生产过程顺利,创造了良好的经济效益。
Quantity demanded of Lead is after aluminum, copper, zinc and ranks the fourth in nonterrous metals. Lead sulfate is a kind of existing form of lead products and its demanding is growing. Lead electrolysis system of the smelting enterprises need to deal with electrolyte with excessive lead content . Method can be used for insoluble anode electrolysis method and adding sulfuric acid precipitation method. This paper discusses the process of recov- ery of lead sulfate from the electrolyte with sulfuric acid precipitation method. According to the reaction principle, considering temperature and time to affect the test results, group experiments. To get the lead sulfate product qual- ity reaches above 98 % and its quality meets the market demand for the use of lead sulfate products; the superna- rant obtained in the experiments process is returned to the original electrolytic system to be recycled, to avoid the waste of resources. In the experiments process and result as the basis, put into production, the production process and create a good economic benefit.
