枸杞不同成熟期鲜果营养成分与土壤肥力因子间的关系 被引量:10

摘要 为给枸杞整个生长期的合理施肥提供参考依据,以新疆博州精河县不同试验地点、同一品种‘精杞1号’不同成熟期果实(夏果、秋果)为试材,对其各营养成分含量及同期土壤中有机质及N、P、K等肥力因子含量进行了测定,并对不同成熟期鲜果各营养成分含量的差异性与同期土壤各肥力因子间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:各试点夏、秋同期枸杞鲜果中,除各试验点秋果水分和脂肪含量差异不明显外,其他各营养成分含量间均存在不同水平显著性差异,各试验点枸杞夏果中,除VC、总酸和水分含量高于秋果外,其余各营养成分含量多低于秋果;各试验地土壤中的有机质、速效氮、速效磷和速效钾含量与枸杞夏、秋鲜果中各营养成分含量不同程度地存在着正、负相关性,说明这几个肥力因子是影响枸杞果实品质的关键肥力因子,生产管理中应注意适时合理地施肥。 In order to provide a reference for reasonable fertilization of Lycium barbarum at whole growth period,taking ‘Jingqi No.1' fruits at different mature periods(summer and autumn) at different test sites in Jinghe County as materials,nutrient contents of in fruits and organic matter,N,P,K contents in soil were determined at the same period,differences of fruit nutrient contents at different mature periods were compared,and relationship between soil the fertility factors and fruit nutrients was analyzed.The results showed that except moisture and fat contents in autumn fruits,there were significant differences between contents of other nutrients in summer fruits and autumn fruits at the test sites.Except VC,total acid and moisture contents,contents of other nutrients in summer fruits at the test sites were lower than that in autumn fruits.Contents of organic matter,available N,available P and available K in soil had positive or negative relations at various degrees with nutrient contents in summer fruits and autumn fruits at the test sites.The fertility factors were the key factors affecting fruit quality in L.barbarum,so fertilizers should be timely and reasonably applied in production and management.
