医药高职院校教师信息化教学能力几点思考

信息技术在高等职业教育中有着重要作用,因而课程与信息技术整合十分必要。医药高职院校教师在使用网络多媒体等信息技术开展教学时存在各种问题,因此在学校层面应有针对性地积极创建先进的信息化教学环境,正确地引导教师使用信息技术,提供各种条件,引入奖励机制提高教师自身信息素养,提高教学质量。

Information technology plays an important role in higher vocational education, and integration of information technology and curriculum is necessary. When medical vocational college teachers use the network multimedia information technology to carry out the teaching, various problems exist, so at the school level it should actively create advanced information-based teaching environment with an aim, correctly guide teachers to use information technology, provide a variety of conditions, bring into reward mechanism to improve teachers＇ information literacy, and improve the quality of teaching.
