为了建成富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,我们党和政府集全国人民智慧将推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化作为全面深化改革的目标是符合历史发展趋势的正确历史选择。因此,必须在明晰现代国家治理的内涵、必要性和我国国家治理模式的历程的基础上,从解放思想、民主政治制度、依法治国、服务型政府、"多元共治"体系等五个方面探寻推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的路径选择。

In order to build prosperous,democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country, realize the great national rejuvenation of the Chinese dream, our party and government collect the national people＇s wisdom to set the modernization of the country＇s governing system and capabilities as the goal of comprehensively deepen reform, which is the right historical choice conforming to the trend of historical development. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the connotation and necessity of modern state governance and the process of governance mode in China, we must explore the path of promoting modernization of the country＇s governing system and capabilities from five aspects related to ideological emancipation, the democratic political system, the rule of law, service-oriented government and multiple governance system.
