琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果

The clinical efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment for the patients with chronic heart failure in elderly

目的观察琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效、安全性和耐受性。方法选取72例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组36例,对照组采用氯沙坦钾片治疗,治疗组在常规治疗及氯沙坦钾片基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,治疗6个月,观察2组治疗前后一般状况、心功能情况、不良反应。结果两组治疗后较治疗前心功能均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、B型钠尿肽(BNP)情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为97.2%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均未发生严重的药物不良反应。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效、安全性及耐受性良好。

objective TO observe the clinical treatment efficacy,safety,and tolerability of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets joint Losartan Potassium Tablets in the elderly patients with chronicheart failure.Method 72 elderly patients with chronicheart failure was recruited and randomly divided into the observation group and treatment group.The patients with chronicheart failure were treatment with Losartan potassium tablets treatment in the control group,but the patients in the treatment group were treatment with Losartan potassium tablets plus metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets for 6 months.Theheart rat,blood pressure,heart function（NYHA grade,BNP,and ultrasonic Heartbeat diagram）,and adverse drug reaction（blood routine,liver function,renal function,blood glucose） were compared between pre-treatment and post-treatment in two groups.Result Theheart function of patients of post-treatment was improved significantly in two groups compared with pre-treatment（P 0.01）.LVEF,LVEDD,and BNP levels of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved than that of the observation group（P 0.01）.The difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.2%,and 75% in the observation group,difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.01）.Serious adverse drug reaction was not observed neither the treatment group nor the observation group.Conclusion Elderly patients withheart failure treated with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets joint Losartan Potassium Tablets can improve theheart function and prognosis with better safety.
