城市轨道交通专业实训基地建设的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Training Base Construction in Urban Rail Transportation Specialty

围绕北京城市轨道交通行业岗位的需求,构建"行业引领、校企共建"的实习实训基地建设方案,探索学校和企业共同构建实训基地、共同开发配套教学资源、共同实施教学任务等合作模式,力争创新高等职业教育人才培养模式,实现校企深度合作。以校企合作创建实训基地为契机,进行"人才共育、基地共管、效益双赢"校企合作体制机制等建设,从而探索国内高职院校进行城市轨道交通行业人员培养培训的新途径,为其他开设城市轨道交通专业的高职院校起到引领和示范作用。

Focusing on job requirements in Beijing urban rail transit industry, this paper proposes a scheme to build the training base characterized by ＂industry leading, college-enterprise cooperation＂ and explores how the college and the enterprise jointly build the training base, develop supporting teaching resources and implement teaching tasks, in order for innovation of training models in higher vocational education and for deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Grasping the opportunity of college-enterprise cooperation in building the training base, this paper discusses institution building on how the college and the enterprise jointly nurture talent, manage the base and obtain win-win benefits. New routes are explored for domestic higher vocational colleges to nurture personnel in urban rail transport industry in order to play a leading and exemplary role.
