摘要
卓越工程师教育培养计划是教育部着力实施的高等工程教育改革的重大措施。通过分析我校金属材料工程专业的特点,认为金属材料工程专业卓越工程师必须具备扎实的专业基础与工程实践能力、创新能力与自学习能力、团队协作能力以及人文精神四个方面。根据我校实践,对培养卓越工程师过程中的问题和举措进行初步探讨,认为高校应根据自身特点,进一步转变思想,更新教育理念,明确培养目标;不断创新人才培养模式,并改革和完善实践教学体系;努力提升教师的工程素质,建立长期稳定的校企合作方式和培养机制。通过上述途径积极推进金属材料工程专业卓越工程师教育培养计划的实施。
The plan of training excellent engineers is a key measure of China's higher engineering education reform performed by the Education Ministry. By analyzing the characteristics of our metal materials and engineering, it was considered that the excellence engineers of the metal materials and engineering must have four aspects: the solid specialized foundation and engineering practice ability, innovation and self-learning ability, team cooperation ability and humanistic spirit. According to the practice, the problems and the corresponding measures were primarily reflected. The following measures should be taken by the universities and colleges based on their own characteristics. The thought is further changed, and the education idea is renewed, and the training objectives become clear. The talent training mode is constantly innovated, and the practice teaching system is reformed and improved. The teachers' engineering quality is enhanced, and the long-term stable school-enterprise cooperation and training mechanism is established. By which the plan of training the excellence engineers of metal materials and engineering will be actively promoted.
