承受预紧力和工作拉力的紧螺栓连接是螺栓连接的重点和难点。在教学中首先通过工程案例的引用说明螺栓在受力分析中的重要性,其次通过层层分析让学生领会螺栓在三种受力状态下力和变形的关系,最后推导出所需要的结论,便于学生设计与应用。

This paper is ＂the bolt connection section mechanical design＂ course, analysis and design of bearing pretightening force under that operating force of the bolt of a double. This section is the emphasis and difficulty of bolt connection, suggestions in teaching first through the engineering case references bolt importance in the analysis of force, followed by layers of analysis let students understand the bolt in the three kinds of stress state under the force and deformation of the relationship, and finallyderives the required conclusion, easy design and application students.
