优化应用型高校教师招聘工作的若干思考

摘要 良好的师资队伍是应用型高校各项功能实现的重要载体和事业发展的重要保障。因此,要切实做好应用型高校的教师招聘工作,在教师招聘中坚持选聘的规范性与灵活性相结合、考核的全面性与重点性相结合、评判的当下性与发展性相结合、决策的民主性与集中性相结合、需求的局部性与整体性相结合、岗位的权益性与目标性相结合,使优秀的教师能够汇集学校,使教师的教书育人、教学科研功能得到充分发挥,从而推进学校事业不断发展。 Good teaching staff is an important carrier of realizing various functions of applied colleges and universities and it is also an crucial guarantee of colleges and universities' development. Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in teacher recruitment. There are several principles we should followed,that is,the combination of normalization and flexibility in selection and recruitment; the combination of comprehensiveness and emphasis in candidates assessment; the combination of current status and development of evaluation; the combination of democracy and centrality in decision; the combination of locality and integrity in demand; the combination of equity and target of post. In this way,more excellent teachers can be assembled and they can give full play to the function of teaching and research. Thus the applied colleges and universities can develop better and faster.
