培育网络公民素养视域下高校虚拟社区建设

From the cultivation of students citizen accomplishment in the perspective of network virtual community culture construction in Universities

网络公民素养是社会化网络时代高校培育人才的基本素质要求,也是学校培育践行社会主义核心价值观的一种创新路径。网络公民是虚拟社区成熟理性自制的基石,通过虚拟社区文化建设培育网络公民素养,本质即是将网络治理的权力由学校管理者向学生回归。学校开展虚拟社区文化建设一方面需要通过网络伦理、法律教育,提高学生的思想意识;另一方面,需要培育若干在学生中有影响力的公共对话平台,制定相关管理条例,最终实现学生公民素养的提升。

The network citizen accomplishment is the basic quality requirements of socialization in the age of network of cultivating talents,also an innovation path that the school practicing socialist core values. Network citizens are the cornerstone of self- maturing of the virtual community. Cultivating the quality of network citizens through virtual community culture constructing,it＇s changing the management right from the school managers to the students. On the one hand,school needs to strengthen the students＇ awareness by educating them network ethnics and law,on the other hand,several effective public conversation platforms need to be set up,relative management regulations need to be laid down and finally the students citizen accomplishment will be improved.
