摘要
把握编辑的需求是创新高校学报编辑激励机制的基本前提,对提高学报质量、促进学报发展起到了积极的作用。在学报编辑管理中以需求为视角,从社会认同、职业发展、个人待遇和外部环境分析了高校学报编辑的需要,提出在构建和完善编辑激励机制时应该尊重编辑职业特性,构建动态合理的激励制度,重视编辑个体的发展空间,满足编辑合理的主导需求。
Grasping the editor's demand is the basic premise of innovating the editor's incentive mechanism of university journals,which plays a positive role in improving the journals' quality and promoting the journals' development. In the management of journal editors from the perspective of demand,this article analyzes university journals editors' needs in terms of the social identity,career development,individual treatment and external environment,and puts forward that,when building and perfecting the editor's incentive mechanism,it is necessary to respect the editor's professionalism,build a dynamic and reasonable incentive system,attach great importance to the editor's individual development space and meet the reasonable leading requirements.
