关于常州历史文化遗产保护与重建的思考

The Considerations on Protection and Reconstruction of Changzhou's Historical and Cultural Heritage

城市是文化的容器。对常州而言,其城市文化应以发掘和恢复历史文化记忆为方向,提升城市文化内涵,培养常州人的文化自豪感和认同感。重建常州重要历史文化遗迹需要市政府在方法和途径上软硬件并举。常州诸多学者也对保护常州历史文化遗产提出了各项建议,并特别提出了在开挖地铁二号线同时重建白云溪的诉求。

This paper illustrates the existing problems on construction of Changzhou＇ s city culture,presents the methods and ways to protect Changzhou＇s historical and cultural heritage and the significance of the reconstruction of Changzhou important historical and cultural relics. The city culture of Changzhou should regard it as the direction to recover the memories of the history and culture,promote city culture connotation,make Changzhou people identify and be proud of them. Methods by software and hardware should be adopted simultaneously,and especially,by hardware,the government needs to show courage to rebuild Changzhou＇ s important historical and cultural relics. In addition,many scholars＇ proposals on the protection of Changzhou＇s historical and cultural heritage are introduced. Finally,this paper appeals to the government to rebuild Bai- Yun- Xi stream meanwhile the Changzhou＇s 2rd metro line is to be constructed.
