四逆散合香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

Sini Powder Clinical Effect of Powder Combined Xiangsha Six Gentlemen Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Gastritis Observation

目的:研究探讨四逆散合香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床治疗效果和治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。方法:将我院收治的慢性胃炎患者48例作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,观察组和对照组各24例。对照组患者给于常规的西药治疗方法,观察组患者在西药治疗的基础上给予四逆散合香砂六君子汤治疗,以1个月作为一个治疗疗程,治疗周期是3个疗程左右。对两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率以及治疗结束后的临床治疗有效率进行比较和分析。结果:两组患者经3个疗程的治疗之后,临床症状均有显著的改善,观察组患者治愈21例,显效1例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率为95.8%;对照组患者治愈12例,显效4例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为87.5%;两组患者的临床治疗有效率的比较有显著差异,且P<0.05,有统计学意义,且两组患者在治疗期间均无显著的不良反应发生。结论:四逆散合香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果显著,且无显著的不良反应发生,用药的安全性和有效性都值得肯定,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective：To study the incidence of the adverse reactions of Sini powder combined Xiangsha Six Junzi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis clinical curative effect and treatment period. Method：In our hospital,48 cases of patients with chronic gastritis as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with 24 cases in each. Patients in the control group in western medicine routine treatment,the observation group were treated Sini powder combined Xiangsha Six Junzi Decoction treatment in western medicine on the basis of,a month as a course of treatment,the treatment cycle is about three courses. The adverse reactions of two groups of patients during treatment the clinical treatment rate and effective rate after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results：The patients in the two groups after three courses of treatment,the clinical symptoms were improved significantly in the observation group,21 cases were cured,1 cases markedly effective,effective 1 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total effective rate was 95.8%;the control group 12 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,3 cases ineffective,the total the effective rate was 87.5%;more oil clinical treatment of the two groups of patients with efficiency significantly,and P0.05,there was statistical significance. And the two groups of patients during treatment had no adverse reactions occurred significantly. Conclusion：The clinical effect of Sini powder combined Xiangsha Six Junzi Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic gastritis is significant,and no adverse reaction significantly,the safety and efficacy of drug therapy are worthy of recognition,and is worthy of clinical application.
