穴位注射联合健脾固本和胃方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫脾胃虚弱型患者临床观察

Acupoint Injection Combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis Clinical Observation of 35 Cases of Patients with Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Type

目的:观察足三里、三阴交穴位注射联合健脾固本和胃方治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:采用足三里、三阴交穴位注射(黄芪注射液)联合健脾固本和胃方治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫,与吗叮啉对照,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状。结果:(1)改善脘腹胀满、食后痞胀、纳呆、倦怠乏力、恶心呕吐、大便稀溏疗效,针药结合组>中药组>西药组;(2)临床疗效方面:针药结合组>中药组>西药组。结论:穴位注射联合健脾固本和胃方能有效改善糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床症状,临床疗效确切,是治疗该病的有效方法。

Objective： Observation on Zusanli, Sanyinjiao acupoint injection combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis clinical efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods ： Using Zusanli, Sanyinjiao acupoint injection （ Radix Astragali Injection ） combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis, contrasting with Domperidone, the clinical symptoms of the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results ： （ 1 ）Improving abdominal distension, distention and fullness after eating, anorexia, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, loose stool effect of combined acupuncture and medicine group 〉 Chinese medicine group 〉 Western medicine group ; （ 2 ） Clinical curative effect ： the acupuncture medicine group 〉 Chinese medicine group 〉 the western medicine group. Conclusions ： Acupoint injection combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptom of diabetic gastroparesis, clinical curative effect, is an effective method for the treatment of the disease.
